Garage door conversion?

Hi..We have a 2 door attached garage on our house and we are in the process of converting one side to house. Unfortunately the window will have to be Higher than the garage door. Is this going to look out of place? Our house is also stucco..so we hoping to get the front redone after renos...any ideas?
