I'm following as well. Although I need color.

I have had a Brother laser printer for at least 5-6 years with no issues. Black only. It was a gift so no idea how much it was. Only had to replace toner once. We print a few pages a few times a week so not heavy use.

Following, too. I've decided to get one at Costco, so if there are problems, it can easily go back. Been watching for something to go on sale there...maybe in the next flyer.

Also wireless too.

We also have a wi-fi Brother. We had a wired one before it and it lasted for about 6-7 years. We've had this one now for about five years. I think we've purchased toner once or twice. Ours is a model HL-2270DW.

I had a brother color laser printer I loved before the flood.

I work from home and bought a wireless HP Laser Jet Pro MW225 from Costco a couple of years ago. I use it for printing and copying for work. It was only 200.00 and I’ve never a problem with it. It prints fast, the cartridges seem to have a good life to them and are easy to change. The only thing I don’t care for is it has an auto off feature that shuts it down after several days of non use which can be annoying now and then.

I’ve had two Brothers and happy with both. First was black and white, no wireless printing. Just recently bought a color wi-fi and it works great. I took the other one to our weekend/vacation place and it’s still going strong.

For those with home office color laser printers, do you ever print photos? How do they compare with inkjet output?

I don’t print photos at home. If I want hard copies I upload to a local bricks and mortar place. I rarely get hard copy photos

3katz, typically I don’t print photos at home either, but sometimes I need an image for a document or whatever, so just wondering about output as compared to an inkjet.

ETA: Actually I do print photos at home. I don't print a lot of them and most live on my devices or in the cloud. But now and then I want to print something and maybe even frame it. If you have everything calibrated inkjets can do a darn good job.
