Amaryllis potting question

Hello! I was gifted a bulb in a box in December. She seems to be doing decent growth wise, but I can't get her to straighten up. I rotate her, but the sprout was bent from the get go, (Already sprouted in the box) and rotating just doesn't seem to be helping. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi Jessica,

This happens to me a lot and I'm sure to many others as well. I gently put a stake in the pot and loosely tie up the leaves. Eventually they'll stiffen up and if they get a chance to go outside, new and thicker leaves will form in the natural light.

I do plan to put it outside some in the spring and summer! Thanks. Just got a nice heavy pot to move it into so it won't tip over.
