My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hello Alisa, hope all is well

    We have the documentation provided by our original supplier which dates this piece from the early 20th Century. It also mentions Suzhou as the place of origin. This will not be the letter of authenticity you are requesting but its all the info we have . From my point of view it seems the top and the facade of the drawers to be original while the side scrolls and inside of the drawers have been replaced over the years.
