Hello. I was wondering if anyone has foraged winter heliotrope and used it at all, and how?

Ive just found some in a good spot to collect. I’ve been trying to research but can’t find out whether to dry, flower or leaf or what. Its a decent anti inflammatory and that’s as far as I’ve got. None of my books even mentioned and the Internet seems useless! Has anyone had experience of it? Cheers, Tillie
