My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi Kristen...Unfortunately we don't know the answer to your question. As a showhouse, different designers furnished different spaces. You may reach out to the builder, Goodwin Foust, to see if they have any record.

    Can you tell me the ceiling hieght? Are the ceiling boards 1x4?

    Thanks Melissa! The ceiling is 10' high, and the pattern was created with eased edge 1x4 trim. Unfortunately, we no longer have information on the chandelier.
