My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Santa, a little late...

Traded 4 persimmon varieties for 4 citrus varieties and they show-up in todays mail. Tahoe Gold, Shasta Gold, Yosemite Gold and Lee Nova. A little early to graft but since there is a bunch i am going to try anyway.

    Thanks, Laura, the nightmare has just begun. Clean wood is hard to come-by these days.

    Last week i got fancy fig cuttings from trades. I was done with figs, got all i like to grow but the guy insisted for another persimmon trade that he want badly. Terrible position i am in.

    Spend $11.00 dollars on postage, that might makes about 16 new tree's if i am lucky.
