Water it well, and see if it perks up. In general, it isn't advisable to water with a spray bottle, instead water thoroughly until the water comes out of the bottom. Which brings us to: if there are no drainage holes on the bottom, get the plant into a pot with drainage holes. Drainage can have a lot of impact on houseplants. Retailers would have you think otherwise, but if you'd like to keep your plants alive long term, get a pot with a hole in the bottom.

As far as when to water it next, I am useless to you here. I don't recognize that particular plant so I'm not sure what to tell you. It's typically good practice to wait until at least the top inch or so of soil is completely dry. It does look like this plant might tell you when it's thirsty. On the opposite end of the spectrum: yellowing, limp leaves usually means you've watered too much.

Thank you Dannie! Okay great - I'll make sure to water it properly and just keep an eye on it as to when to water next. It is in a pot with drainage holes but its them inside another pot which doesn't, so I'll take it out of the none holey pot and see if that helps. Thanks for the advice!
