I would like to create a pass-through window like this at my beach house, ideally with the same granite used for kitchen countertops run through it and extended to the exterior pull-up bar. What window did you use for the pass through? Does it have screens? What would keep the rain out when the north wind is blowing 40 knots? How did you compensate for the shortage of wall cabinet storage when 6' is dedicated to this pass through? Any other practical information you can share?
