Guest room/work space/storage

I‘m having a difficult time positioning the sleeper sofa. I’m not sure how to utilize the most out of this space while wanting a workspace, storage and TV. The baseboard heat and ledge are making it tricky. Also, when the sleeper is in use there is much room to walk around. (Desk and picture not staying) Any suggestions?
