Spiders are EVERYWHERE!! In fact, it is suggested that there is a spider within 3 feet of you just about anywhere at any time. Many live in houses as a matter of course but also many will migrate indoors in winter. Regular vacuuming and dusting (and don't forget all the nooks and crannies!) should keep them invisible and under control but you will never be rid of them completely.

And sorry, but your photo is too blurry and indistinct to even see the spider clearly, let alone identify it.

I would very much like for you to have this spider identified properly. The color sends up a warning flag to me.
