I have a few Cycas debaoensis, their fronds are about 2.5 metres long now but they only have 3 to 4 of them at one time. They were small plants when I got them 3.5 years ago. Don't know how the hybrids go but yours do seem to have grown quite fast. Mine stayed in their pots for about a year before I planted them out. They certainly seem to prefer being in the ground. I have a few other Cycas species, they tend to be slower growing.

The revoluta DNA should make them immune to the valley cold. I would think at worst,the fronds get burned..but it will regrow new ones in summer or sooner.
