My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Approximate ceiling height

Sans the ductwork soffits what is the ceiling height in this basement? We have a pending basement reno and are battling low"ish" ceilings. This space looks nice and airy.

    Hi Dan,

    The basement originally had a height of 6’-2” - we underpinned and lowered it to 8’. Let us know if you have any further questions.
