My house was originally floored with beige rug. It was replaced five years ago. Last October, due to heavy rain, and strong wind, my house was flooded up to my ankle for about half a day. Despite having it cleaned by the rug professional cleaner, my floor still has an ugly look. Worse than that, an unpleasant smell started to appear. My wife and I decided to replace it with ceramic tile. Please advise me on how to have my floor replaced with good quality tile at a reasonable price.
