I purchased it on Amazon and they have been less that helpful wth this purchase!

You don't think I know that?! If I can't get help contacting you from Amazon what should I do? Your co purposely hides contact info from people that have purchased you're furniture? That is the RUDEST customer service ever!!! You should be ashamed to sell a product and NOT STAND BY IT! No matter where I bought it from! I have the receipt for my purchase. Horrible company! I received my loveseat with no legs and I wanted to contact LEisure Mod. They actually hide from their customers! There is no phone number of email for them . That's right folks, after they get your money they are unhelpful and gone.

BUYER BEWARE biting for this company. I should of looked elsewhere before purchasing. Walmart has better customer service than LeisureMod!

No response for this company, I also posted on Amazon and a few other sites to warn people. This company hides behind a co outer screen. would you buy expensive furniture from a company that refuses to help their customers. I would never buy from them again and I wil warn others about their shady business practices. Shop elsewhere, you'll be a lot happier. Leisure Mod is a scam!

Im going to contact the Better Business Bureau and the Attoney Gerneals office to let them know this company is hiding their contact information, sending incomplete products and REFUSING to answer customer inquiries . They have been ignoring my request for over a week. I purchased a loveseat., it arrived with out the legs. I need the legs. How hard is that for a company to step up and do? Now they are going to have to answer my coplain ts that will e sent to Government entities of poor customer service and theft. Thank you for your time but I wish to speak to LeisureMOD directly.

Have you checked under the loveseat? Oftentimes, manufacturers ship the legs inside the couch lining on the bottom. There maybe a zipper or area to open the lining and the legs are inside there. I hope this is helpful!

Thank you Houzz, I did check under he loveseat and there are NO LEGS and LeisureMod has been less than helpful. I purchsed their product and they do not stand behind it. I'm urging others to never buy from this company because once they get your money they will not address any customer issues. They COMPLETELY ignore you!!!
