Leaf Spot on multiple plants

Do these look like true leaf spot or a result of watering issues? Im in Massachusetts. Ive left the humidifier off for the past week incase it was too humid. Havent fertilized this season yet.

The monstera adansonii is new, recieved 2 weeks ago and it is root bound. I aerated it and watered but it may have been a bit early for a water, it was hard to get the dowel all the way down. There is alot of new growth coming and some have the yellow and brown. There was a fair amount of damage from transport that i trimmed. I can repot into 511 if the benefit outweigh the risk right now.

Then I have my philodendron melanochrysm. Had it for a month or so, in fairly well draining soil from the nursery. The top leaf had damage from what looks like too dry conditions when unfurling but ive noticed these small holes. No insects from what i can tell other than gnats that are being treated with bti crumbles.
