Help, please! Backsplash color/design (kitchen).

Hello, this is my first time posting but I hope the Houzz community can help....

Project: Cover the under-cabinet area behind my stovetop with a tile backsplash.

As you can see it's a pretty small area lit by an LED strip under the cabinets, size is about 90" long by 28" high.

I am looking for suggestions of both product and color scheme. Product should be simple, good value and "all-appealing" aesthetically in case of home rental or sale.

I am stumped on matching the color scheme - would white subway tile clash with the marble-like counter? I am fine with plain white but need it to match and I am (actually) colorblind. Open to ideas!

Countertop is a Cambria quartz in "Torquay" - https://tinyurl.com/yc5sqt7c.

Cabinets are real wood veneer in "Walnut".

My stovetop is Bosch black glass induction, if that matters for the overall palette.

I think the paint (in the rest of the room) is a "Siberian Snow" or similar greyish-off-white.

Cambria suggests these paint colors to match to the Torquay quartz counter but I have not idea if you can find same in tile? https://tinyurl.com/y9g9yay9

THANK YOU!
