Vent size

I need the exhaust vent to be 14 in. Wide because mine is 5 in. Off center.
Also where are the exhaust controls for fan and lights. Can't see them on picture.

    The controls will be underneath the hood. It is not possible for the exhaust vent to be 14" wide, the chimney is only 12.5" wide.
