Hi all. Sorry if this has been asked and answered (I'm new to this). My wife and I are planning to replace our kitchen counter-tops. We have looked at probably close to 1000 slabs at a number of local suppliers and have found one that we really like by Geoluxe. It looks great but it also looks so thin (2 cm... pretty much everything else that we have seen is 3 cm). I have read a little on this site about building up to make the counter-tops appear thicker. How is that done? Is there typically an obvious seem?

Does anyone here have experience with building up Geoluxe?

Can anyone provide pictures showing a buildup (not necessarily Geoluxe)?
