What is the tallest you've ever seen a maculata get to?
I was at the Atlanta Botanical Garden this past Saturday and I couldn't believe how tall their specimen is - it must be 14' tall or taller. Where will it end?
This is me trying to give an idea on how tall this bad boy is.
I used to be able to touch the ceiling in a normal 8' high room. Probably can't do that today and my arm is a bit angled.
It might be planted on a small berm as well but not that much of one.
The orange bloomer in front is B. obliqua.
Here is U503 and elaeagnifolia (tiny leaves) in the same greenhouse
