My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Leveled tiles?

I just wanted to know if the tiles were easy to level. We had this done and not all the tiles are leveled. The contractor says it is because of the pattern but I am second guessing his knowledge.

    A tile floor, properly done, should be all level with no raised or lower tiles. Quality work gives a quality result.

    Either a) your installer is not skilled OR b) the tiles were too bowed to not have lippage. My guess is A, as any good installer would stop the install and bring warpage up to you to give you an opportunity to buy a higher quality tile. Warpage is not uncommon as it is a natural occurance in tiles longer than 18" ; however, any good contractor should be able to compensate during installation.
