Why did you install the window in a room that would be your master bedroom? Or is it part of the architecture of the house i.e. is there a matching window to the right of it?

It defeats the purpose of having the window, but Hunter Douglas has its Pirouette shades for odd shaped windows. The blinds are stationary:

lol. I do have to laugh at that above comment. if you didn't want to wake up at dawn, then why have the oddly shaped, top window installed?

your choices are, blinds, tint the window, stained glass inset, huge ceiling to floor drapes, or a type of window film.

Niki, i'm not familiar w/that exact company. I have worked w/blinds.com and they have the best customer reps! if you don't see motorized blinds on their website (Home depot owns them) then call and ask if they can order them for you. I know they will get blinds for you that aren't on their website. Rebecca, is often here on Houzz, she could tell you more.

Before ordering any blind motorized, be aware that at some point they will fail, probably sooner rather than later. I used to be a pro installer would never have them.

smiley, good point. I'm sure if you utilize them multiple times a day it would burn out sooner. Niki, Try and keep it closed as much as possible and find out from them about warranty or repair on those motors.

I'd also look into do a stained glass, or beveled glass overlay. I did one on my bathroom window and love it. Yours wouldn't be cheap to do that entire angled window, but it sure would look beautiful. if you want some quotes, go to Terrazzas Glass on Etsy. She made mine and did a beautiful job.
