Design Dilemma Kitchens

quartz countertop design help.

Our kitchen pretty open overlooking into a 2 story family room and the kitchen itself has 9ft tall ceilings. That said, the cabinets are 40” and cherry stained with cherry hardwood floors. I’d really like to go with a Cambria Brittanica or Mont Trinity like counters. However, I wonder if those are not warm enough for the kitchen. Any advice?

Both would work, but if you go with a cooler stone (like Brittanica) you're going to have to paint your kitchen and definitely get a new backsplash. With a warmer one like Britannica Gold you can probably get away with holding off on that for awhile.

You don't need to worry about a cooler stone clashing with the cabinets though, just the other warm elements in the room.
