How wide is the wall between the kitchen door and window?

Refrigerators cannot be butted right up against a wall as you're planning. You need room for the door to open and even more space if you have interior drawers that need to be pulled out. The last fridge I checked clearance specs on required 9 inches to open the fridge door 90' and 16" if you wanted to be able to remove the crisper drawers. I'd swap the fridge and range.

NKBA recommends 36" to slide by, or 44" to walk by. NKBA guidelines (#8 traffic clearance).

If you could rearrange into an L shape, you would have the minimum work aisles (42"), and somewhere between 36 and 42" for traffic behind the seats. This plan combines the island and table, and would necessitate chairs being tucked under the table when DW is being loaded or unloaded. I could live with those aisles, but many here would not be comfortable.

You've done a great job so far! Spacing should be a minimum of 36" so it looks like you got yourself covered. Let me know if you want help further developing your floor plan. :)

My kitchen/living/dining is 29x16.5'. I did three separate spaces, but I regularly think that I might have been happier combining our kitchen/dining, creating an eat-in kitchen open to a living room. I"m really liking eat-in kitchens lately.

The window to island counter dimension for your use is outside the normal requirements of a kitchen. . . . so you can go with something less. You'll notice living rooms with limited traffic lanes don't get big clearances between a sofa and a chair for example. I'd do a full size mock up with cardboard boxes so you can see what'll be comfortable for you.
