My issue was resolved. I had to go in and change the icon on my desk top and that sent me to the correct forum. Two identical icons and one sent me into a fury and the other back to normal.

Joey, I've noticed that sometimes your posts come in much later than when you initially wrote them, perhaps it's something about your location? Keep trying....☺☺

Yes Joey, I noticed that too and wondered about it. Are you saying that you are not able to start a new thread anymore? Definitely keep trying! Or use existing threads to post!

I could not upload images THEN, and it turned out this was after my cousin had changed the default program which was determined to open any picture file.
