My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I bought a very nice variegated lemon from Target a few months back that's putting out all kinds of new growth. It was only $17 with shipping. The supplier for Target was Cottage Hill Farms Inc. in Alabama. I inquired if they had other citrus and they have Mexican lime, Cleopatra orange and Calamondins. Looks like they are very new, as while they have a website, it is not developed. The owner said he'd send me sizes with pics and shipping cost tomorrow. I'll post again if they look promising.
