I see three trunks. Why do you need to remove one? I don't think you need to remove anything, unless you just prefer a single or double trunk. Have you had any blooms and fruit yet?

And BTW, what you have is NOT a Meyer lemon; it may turn out to be something close to that; but you cannot grow a Meyer from seed.

seed grown Meyer bushes will send up new trunks as the other trunks get older. Meyers are bushes not trees You Meyer will do better if you leave all trunks. I have never grown a Meyer so I don' know for sure what you should do.

Thanks everyone! from the comment of Sir. Johnmerr(11) sir, from the internet research this is the picture of meyer lemon. (kindlly see the picture here.) Seeds came from this lemon. All the seeds i planted were successfully grown (see the picture). Im from the Phil. and this is imported. Is it not a meyer? thanks you so much. (not the 4 other seedlings from upper left of the picture, they are chili pepper)

Meyer Lemon seed does not produce fruit exactly like 'Meyer' lemon. So you won't know what you have until it fruits -- which could be 2 to 4 more years (guessing). This is just one reason why Meyers are grafted or grown from cuttings rather than seed-grown.

That fruit looks like a Eureka lemon to me; especially since you say you live in RP and say it is imported. I don't think anyone is exporting Meyer lemons to there. If it is a Eureka, the seeds will grow true to variety.

When I saw you are in RP I thought you lived in the Republic of Pennsylvania. But then I realized the Republic of Pennsylvania is zone 6 just like my Ohio in which I live in Cincinnasti.
