I have a carnosa that really took off this past summer. I had to replant yesterday as it was very pot bound...I know it's not the right time of year to do this but I had to...It had vines growing outward everywhere, so I cut them off when I re-potted it....I put them in warm water & change it every other day....It looks happier to me.

I have a carnosa variegated that I bought at the same time as the other but it's not as vigorous.

They're both in a west window.
