We moved into a new house 1 1/2 years ago. Our floors had white lines between almost every plank. The contractor had us wait 1 year! The flooring person then sanded it and took the top coat off. However, he used the same product on the floor.

In addition to the drips and waves, the white lines came back within a week or two. Over the past 6 months, the flooring person did come back to hand scrape some of the grooves and fill them with color. This did not work either. The flooring person and the contractor keep telling me we need to let it acclimate for a few more months to see what happens. I am at the end of my rope!!!!

They used BONA products. It looks AWFUL!

We have been in our new home a year and a half and are still trying to fix the floors!

Please.....Any suggestions?
