My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Probably a silly question, but what are those metal "knobs" running along the bottom of the roofs, just above the gutters.

      In case you don't get any other answers....Answered on Aug 19th by the designer, "Roof is metal". No answer on exterior paint colors.

      My guess on the metal roof is probably gavalume clear coated. If its aluminium which we use in NJ there are several colors that will get you there .. check out alumet and other metal companies. Additionally you just need to decide on your level of sheen.
