Barletta-- day length significant?

I have seed for Barletta onion, but notice that the seller, Pinetree (superseeds.com) does not annotate for day length. Does it not matter with these onions?

Can I do a spring crop, a summer crop, a fall crop? I'm in mid-Missouri.
