My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I do like linear ones for your room/table but I don't care for the bulbs in the ones you show. They look like glare might be a problem, and they are yellow which won't be good with your cool gray walls. Two of the pendant ones would be pretty, but you'd have to rewire for two fixtures. Be sure whatever you do you put in a dimmer. In addition, I suggest drapes to warm up the room, since you really don't have room for a rug under that table.
