Did one in New Hampshire...custom cut commercial vinyl tile. Installed over plywood underlayment with epoxy flooring adhesive. After twelve years looks the same as when I left the customer's house. But...not for everyone to attempt. There is vinyl tile and then there is vinyl tile. You have to know materials and how much you can stretch the envelope and still have something successful and long lasting.
