My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What type of wood floors are they? Are they white oak? Please respond.

    I've seen a floor similar to this and it is from Du Chateau Floors, Lugano Collection. It's engineered but if you prefer a "sand in place" solid wood floor you can purchase a white oak that is cut to show more grain and then white wash it. Hope I've helped. I love it too!
