Strange half wall head scratcher!

Just bought this mid century fixer upper and getting excited for spring. The curb appeal needs some work. This wall does not match the style of the house. I am at a loss for ideas. We live in Colorado so drought tolerant plants are ideal. Scrap the existing uneven garden? Tear down wall? Leave the wall and disguise it? I'd love to create more privacy since this looks directly into our downstairs living area. Thanks in advance for looking and pondering!

Congratulations! Very nice! I would absolutely remove the stone wall and the matching stone portion of the patio.

I really like the wall and the stone patio. The bottom portion of the house is brick in warm colors. I think the white trim, including the railings, needs painted a beige color (or darker) that would tie in all the colors. You could add some evergreen type plantings in front of the wall.

The flagstones are stuck on the front of reddish cinder blocks. Thought about tearing the flagstones off then painting the cinder blocks. A friend suggested building up the soil against the wall and planting evergreen shrubs. Thank you for your comments. I have been searching mid century garden pics hoping for inspiration.
