Have you considered setting it on a corner cabinet instead of hanging it on the wall?

If the wiring is already in place to hang the tv on the wall, you'd need to hide the wiring to move it.

Something like this would decorate the entire corner and provide storage space (everyone needs more) and a place to display family photos and/or treasures.

Why is the TV so high? It would look more homey (and probably make for better TV viewing) if you got a small console for next to the chair and put the TV on it. Then you could put some artwork over the chair.

Some color in the form of throw pillows or blankets. A side table so you have a place to put a drink. A table lamp for floor lamp to make the lighting more inviting.

Using a TV to hide a panel and outlet is silly. They are what they are. Paint them the same color as the wall and relocate the TV to eye level. Your neck will thank you.

Even with a larger tv, I think you should get a console and place the tv on it. If you must hide the outlet and panel, I’d rather see you do it with art, not the tv. I also don’t see the benefit of an accent wall.
