How do I know when it is time? I'm in Sunset Zone 22, so the threat of frost should be gone a couple of days after the next colder storm passes thru SoCal.

Currently, the cuttings only have 1-2 small leaves that have come out. Of course I have no idea of the size and number of roots that have developed in the small 2x2" cup-like containers.
