My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Actual size of light fixture and weight

Product description states the height is 32"; is that without any downrods; for just the fixture? (I am presuming so.)

Secondly, what is the weight; it is indicated as 10 lbs. then later a 120 lbs.

Are there any sources to view pictures of this in a setting with furniture?
