Pubicalyx "Black Dragon"? Hoya ID needed..

A friend recently bought a cutting of "Black Dragon" from someone and I don't think the ID is correct. Their hoya has speckles and looks like my Royal Hawaiian Purple. I thought "Black dragon" had solid light green leaves. Anyone here with one who can confirm or deny it is Black Dragon?

    Thats what black dragon's leaves should look like (size may vary of course, but that's the leaf color snd texture)....i found my black dragon. It was drying out big time. I couldn't get to it so i would just spray as far as i could into the greenhouse in hopes that they all got watered....took a bunch of cuttings yesterday. It should be fine.
