My Sans are all thinking it's too cold to be thinking about flowering right now!

Do you have a photo of the whole plant? How long have you had this one? Are these your first flowers from this species?

I've had it for a awhile (8-9yrs). It is a regular bloomer in season/yearly. We had crazy freezing weather so all my other pots of dooneri were killed. (this one got some protection from the freeze) In the past I've been BAD about taking pictures of my sansevieria blooms but getting on FB has helped be to be a better photographer and share my love of sansevieria!

Laura, I'm in SW FL -- but we have a cold snap for all of January, then warm weather in February, and now some of each in March. All my plants remain outside and yet.... I've had about 4 or 5 Sans that have flowered in 2018, some I would never expect. I love winter here, in part because I never know what to anticipate from my Sans.

Yours, by the way, is quite a trophy for a mere 4" pot -- yikes! Fantastic growth!

Robin, I had a lot of blooms going into January and some of those were damaged by the cold/freezing weather. Very strange weather this year. Record heat in February and record cold in March!

I am glad that you got some booms...always exciting!
