My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      My guess .. as I have these floors and they look exactly the same is that they are honey reserve from happy floors..

      I am not totally sure, we just designed the floor plans of the home, but your builder should be able to find that for you or at least find one similar to. It is most likely and engineered hard wood.
