Best LED grow light for small space?

Hi everyone, I'm new to indoor gardening and I'm looking for a grow light that I can use to get my seeds started. I've been looking at the Apollo GL60 but I'm a little worried it's not going to provide enough light. I was thinking of using a set of metal shelves (I'm in an apartment) so I can grow vertically. Any one have any experience with this kind of setup? Or this light? Thanks!

Hello, my brother grow victoria regia seed under Mars Hydro 240 Watt LED grow light. I think it's also good for you.

It appears the Apollo product is not safety certified but the Mars product is. I would prefer the Mars product (or any other safety certified one) over the Apollo one every day of the week. This is *especially* a concern if you were going to use metal shelves.

Go for MarsHydro 480 Watt.

In the long run its cheaper to buy a good quality COB grow light (or a diy kit). Ideally one thats dimmable with passive heatsinking.
