My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What size light?

Not sure what size chandelier to get for our update for the foyer. Kind of a strange area thats partially open to the 2nd floor. Like the raindrops or bubbles kind of chandys. Modern style, maybe glam (?).

    If you like the look of a centered cluster you should go for 9 large pendants or 16 small pendants.

    If you prefer the long multi level design you'll need 16 large pendants or 25 small pendants.

    Once you know which style you like it'll be easier to give a more accurate idea.
