My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Can you please tell me the size of the center island? It's beautiful.

    Hi

    Thank you. This is a very large island. It had to be designed this way when we found the beam . It’s final measurement is 8 x12

      Thank you so much for answering my questions because I am building new kitchen and tired apart between decisions to build 2 islands or one this large 8’x12’ as you have built. Would you build it again if you don’t have to? If you can tell me if there is a lot of space unused in the center area?

      Yes there is enough space in the center for the Electrician can service the warming drawers. microwave etc. Cabinets on both sides I have always liked a big island. Especially for entertaining Yes I’d do it again
