Sorry to say but those may be fake flowers. I went to a home and garden show in DFW last year and a vendor used fake flowers on their plumeria display. Not suggesting that this is the same vendor.

I can tell by experience the ones on the front (right side) are singapore with green shiny round leaves. The purple/yellow flower is a fake clip-on, and the real ones (white) are right next to it.
