Thoughts on this light for seed starting setup? LED vs T12

What are your guys thoughts on a light like this? I have been using some cheap 48" shop lights with T8 bulbs because I had a box laying around. I think the fixtures are for T12s and have been having mild success. Looking at making a change for this year, do I use T12 bulbs like I should be or do I look at a light like this?

You don't say why you are "Looking at making a change for this year...".

Change generally takes one in the LED direction unless there is some specific reason not to go that way. Many really don't like LED just because they are quite different.

It may be o.k., does it mention the color temperature? 3,000K? 6500K? Is it a "daylight" type?

For me bottom heat seems to be better than high light.

Looking to germinate and grow until time to plant outside.

I picked up some T12 bulbs for cheap and we are back rocking and rolling. Waiting on my seed order to arrive.
