Totally 100% normal. With cheepchinesecrapola cabinets or high quality American made custom. You are way over reacting. You should have educated yourself first before calling anyone out.

Wood swells and shrinks in the presence of humidity. That will be in every single cabinet that you would order from anyone unless you order all MDF doors. And you’ll get some paint breaks even then. And you haven’t been through a full season of swelling and shrinking yet. It will become even more prominent.

Control your humidity and control how much wood movement you have. Cabinet manufacturers and wood floor manufacturers alike require between 30-55% humidity levels in your home. That means a humidifier in winter and AC in summer.

Ok thank you so much for that guidance! We purchased the touch up kit so we will use that. I wasn't sure if this was normal as I have never really inspected cabinets so close until our shipment arrived =)

Hi Mirella, We are thinking of getting the same Ellen and Roth cabinets in the color Tenley. We are going to upgrade to the full plywood box and shelves- level 3 Luxury. (1 Essential $2519, 2 Select $3144, 3 Luxury $3770) I'm wondering how yours are holding up. we were debating between Ikea $2800 and these. Thank you!

I just ordered these and the samples in store look exactly like this. I actually prefer it because it feels more authentic than the shaker styles where they put a purposeful line there. Hope you are enjoying them. I looked at ikea (had to chase cabinet parts all over the place to compete the kitchen as so much is outta stock) menards Klearview cabinets that are a lot like ikea, and these which were %35 off and the most affordable option for me with the sale And all wood and semi custom. So I went with these. I went with level two because the cabinet boxes don’t need to be plywood as they aren’t moving etc. the level 2 still has soft close and plywood shelves and drawers and dove tail.
