Even though I have been gardening for umpteen years, for some reason I never really tried to grow kale. This year I did, and this little 9 foot row of kale has been amazing. It has been pumping out produce for months and months and is still going strong. Kale boiled like spinach, kale raw in salads, kale "green drinks" with apple, banana, walnuts and protein powder or yogurt in a blender! We can't even keep up.
