I have one and it doesnt like it here. Its down to 2 little stems. I now have her on my bathroom window sill.

im hoping bella will be okay since i am a cooler temp all year round, and minibelle seems to be highly recomended though i cant seem to find specifics on her care

Minibelle is a growing machine! I find it grows fast and blooms early. It's pretty succulent so don't overwater, treat it like a carnosa? The flowers have a sort of sweet smell, stronger in the evening. I left mine outside undercover last Winter and it was fine (temps down to -5C here, so, what, 23F for you guys?)

Bella can be a cow :D When it grows well it grows fast but it can be fussy and drop leaves and peduncles. Flowers have a faint sweet smell. Likes a little bit more water than Minibelle.

Do they like to climb? From pics ive seen bella likes to hang, but what about minibelle?

Minibelle will climb or hang. I have it doing both. It can get messy hanging when it sends out long new leafless vines that want to go up, across, down, anywhere they can but the new leaves should give it a bit of weight to eventually hang.

judging from color and body shape, google says either helpful or sipping nectar. it did not come with bella so i havent met it in person

1 week in and a little new growth

spoke too soon one strand has new growth, 2 strands have rotted low down on the stem, i cut those and am trying to root the unrotted parts
