Has anyone else had "grate" issues with a Capital Connoisseurian Range? We bought the COB366 and have had problems getting Capital to address our new range arriving with one chipped and rusty cast iron grate and 4 warped/wobbly ones. The grates wobble on the range top (and other perfectly level surfaces). ALL of the grates have a coarse finish which creates a considerable hazard to fine cookware (see photo of new -now scratched- $270 Staub paella pan used once on one of the rough grates). Phone calls and emails to Capital, including VP Tom Caulfield, go unanswered. Aside from the easily solved grate problems being completely ignored by Capital, we have enjoyed the performance of the oven and burners. I incorrectly assumed that purchasing from Capital, a USA based company producing products made in the USA, would be a safe bet. If anyone has had success in dealing with Customer Service at Capital, I'm all ears.
